Hi. I sponsored my parents. File started processing at visa office since september 2007.  Immigration office in Canada phoned me telling that a letter has been sent to my parents since 30 september 2008 for additional info. But my parents did not get any letter. can any body help.

Call the embassy right away. They might refuse the application saying that the additional documents were not submitted on time.

Thank you for your reply.In fact we phoned last week  and there was a voice message saying that they do not answer and do not take messages. We tried again yesterday and they did not even pick the phone. We  try to send a  fax but  it is always busy and  so we do not know what to do.

send them emails i mean repeatedly and keep calling u will get an anwser eventually , its crazy they provide phone numbers and never pick
