Dear All
I received rejection email from Nova on 11th sep 09. my ecas was also changed to Eligibility review completed, they also mentioned that we have mailed you the letter consider mail delay.
uptil now my status is same, i have not received any letter from them, no refund cheque. .
so pls tell me how much time does nova scotia take to send the letter, is this normal ? ?
