Hello Everyone

I leave in london and I just received this letter from london vo which says:

Dear Applicant,

In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.

Original Police Certificates for yourself and each of your dependants that is 18 years old or more from each country that you or your dependants have lived in for 6 months or more.

If you already submitted police certificates with your application, you need to provide updated certificates for the countries that you and your dependants have lived in since the date you submitted your application.  We require the following:

    Principal applicant: UK, INDIA, USA
    Spouse/Common-Law Partner: UAE, UK, INDIA

Please forward all requested documents together to the address below within 45 days from the date of this email. If we do not hear from you within that period, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information on file and your application may be refused. Please allow four months for us to review incoming correspondence. All documents submitted in support of your application are subject to verification with the issuing authority. Please do not contact us unless there are significant issues which need to be brought to our attention

I have the USA and UK PCC with me ready to send. However my worry is that India and UAE PCC will take around 45 days to get. So what should I do and will it affect my application if I send the remaining PCC few days later. Any help on the matter will be much appreciated.

Thank you

I'm not sure about how long it takes from the UK but generally both the UAE and Indian PCCs are fairly quick and simple to obtain. I would suggest that you apply for both of them immediately and if you do not receive them by the 45 day mark, then submit whatever you have (USA and UK PCCs) with a cover letter stating that your haven't received the others and you will send them upon receipt. All the best!

Thanks wenstumped and Azmat.

I was under the impression that they would request for the PCC when the VO ask's for the medical, I was bit suprised. So does it mean they have done the verification and checks. What will be the next step be after I give them all the PCC.

Out of topic how to I add the time line detail of my application.

Thanks
