<Lets Connect> Bangladeshi Applicant in Year 2007 up to Year 2008, Feb

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

First of all, I like to convey my greeting to all applicant from Bangladesh who are eagerly waiting for their one of the most important decision from CHC. The reason to open this thread because of necessity to comprehend about file status who have applied in 2007 from Bangladesh in Singapore Office.

I also added my case in trackiit web site where several Bangladeshi Applicant in 2007 are waiting for their 2nd letter to update document. Almost all of them are applied under Simplified Application process but still do not receive 2nd letter from CHC so far.

I have observed that CHC Singapore is working now with 2006 applicant. It is anticipated that 2007 applicant may receive letter within end of 2011 to update and submit all necessary. The statistics shows that CHC sent letter to all applicants as per year wise. That means, an applicant of January, 2006 received letter at the end of 2010 and at the same time who have applied on September, 2006 received letter at the end of 2010. Considering this issue, it can be predicted that 2007 applicants may receive letter at the same period either end of 2011 or first quarter of 2012.

CHC also takes several months to verify and take decision after receipt of final document from applicant and final decision up to receive visa may take more than 66 months from the date of processing an applicant's file as per old system.

An applicant applied in 2007 may get visa within end of 2012 if decision is positive and successful.

Presently, many threads are generated those are related to new applicants after Feb, 2008. I believe that it might be useful to those applicant especially for Bangladeshi who have applied in 2007 up to Feb 2008.

I am strongly encourage to participate all applicants before 2007 to add valuable comments.

I have applied on June, 2007 and waiting for letter to update document.

It has been increased one month comparing to Jan,11 to Mar, 11 (was 66 months) for old applicants.

Thanks for your initiatives. I am also an applicant in 2007 and waiting for 2nd letter.

Dear 2007 Applicants,

If you visit CIC web site, you will find that Singapore CHC office is taking 67 months for old applicants based on Sinagpore Office to take final decision based on complete application package which means if your file process from July, 2007, you may expect 2nd letter within 58 to 60 months from the month of processing of your file and rest of months require to verification, processing and taking decision for medical exam within 67 months.

Considering this issue, if your application is processing from July, 2007 then you may expect 2nd letter April, 2012 in 58 months and decision make come at the end of 2012 for either medical or refusal.

This situation may change either further increase of processing period.

The above timeline is assumption only based current timeline should not rely on with high confidence.

against the above correlation table if it is to the applicants advantage, i.e., resulting in more points for
language proficiency.

Dot worry guys, you will get your calls in 2012 and worst case, 2013.
Keep doing your daily life activities thinking that you have made withdrawal of  your application.
One day you'll see that you'll be asked to send your full docs or MR.

May be I wil be the first person among BD 2007 applicants to have first DOCS request letter(!!!). However, pls keep moving this post by posting informative opinions.

I applied to CIC in Feb, 2010.

Couple of weeks back, I have applied for my spouse for inclusion with my application. Send CAD 550 and updated application with other information which need to be revised.

Till today, I did not receive any acknowledgement receipt from CHC Singapore.

Applied on 2007 by myself and later on include spouse on 2011.

Is there anyone who has sent application for spouse after applied first by himself and receipt acknowledgment receipt?

Appreciate your feedback.

I just get the feeling that CIC does not want to use the Old Model cars (applicants) of 2000-2008 in this decade.  I strongly hope they should clear the backlog coz these are the guys who have been waiting for too long now. The good news for today that US has released its jobless claims for September 2011 and it is much low comparing to some other preceding months. US's economy must grow to get Canada's economy better.
