I am a U.S. citizen and my girlfriend is Canadian. I am semi retired and would like to stay with her if possible. I have been told that I can only stay for 6 months. Is that 6 months out of a calendar year or 6 months at a time? Can I stay for 6 months, leave for a day or two and come back?
How do they know how long I have been there?
