Lebanon to Canada

Hi, for the past 2 years my girlfriend from Lebanon and I have been dating online. She wants to move here from Lebanon, she would be coming with a Dutch passport and a high school diploma. We have been in a relationship for 2 years now, I have chat logs saved for the past year and a half. The plan was for her to come here as a visit then marry and obtain permanent residency. Going back to Lebanon once she arrives here would not be an option as she lives with a very strict Islamic family and she feels her life would be in danger if they ever found out, she can not even visit an embassy to get any information because of this.

Would chat logs be an equivalent to phone bill records? Would she be able to come to Canada and not have to go back to Lebanon. Once settled in she does plan on going to university for a degree in pharmacy.

I guess the question I am asking is: is this goal obtainable?

She can visit, She could also apply to extend her stay, check out the rules for visiting.....

If she does not want to return to Lebanon, she can check her options in the website http://www.cic.gc.ca.  Otherwise, she can go to Netherlands instead.

As long as she has money and her passport there should not be a problem.
