Hey guys ... Just to be informed .. I sent an email to the damas embassy address and the moyen orient address ... I received emails (I think this is an automatic reply) as usual, and they confirm that my file is still in process, but didn't move yet to the interview case .. And they'll inform me when the status change, but they can't give me a fix time for that ... Anyway want to share this ..  A question for my friend : Guys, my friend wants to apply now to the quebec immigration under the new rules, he has experience but no NSSF so ever (ma 3endou daman) .. so anyone know if the NSSF is manadatory within the attestation de travaille, or the NSSF number ..??!? He is confused about it, so any help is appreciate ... Thanks to all. |

joining this thread,as my VO was damascus (then transfered to Warsaw). I'm not sure if its happening with all of the applicants, but i guess they are moving a good number since it seems there are some backlog in Damascus VO.

it will be considered even if he wasn't registered in the social security, he can claim that it was a contract for a determined period and get a letter or attestation from the employer to proove that

Applied to Federal Part on 01-11-2010
til now 22 Months and no call for the Medical
They have updated the Application Status Online, telling that they have transferred my application to Beirut office on 22-02-2012, 6 months ago.
Still waiting for the medical.

guys i want to apply with my wife she had(TS in nursing with 5 years of experience in AUH or American University of Beirut Medical Center, and i have bachelor of computer science and technology with 2 years of experience) and we want to apply as a Skilled Worker my friends told me it will take about 6 month if my wife is the primary(because she was an experienced nurse) and i am the spouse but can we go to Quebec if we don't know french but we know English,can we move to another Province when we arrive.and can we start working using our certifications without or before to equivalent them. please guys i need help..

yes you can go but you have to get 63 points total. but last december 2011 quebec changed the rules and you should do french level exam TCF-Quebec or TEFAQ check alliance francaise & english test ILETS Do you have kids? how many? calculate your points here http://www.canadavisa.com/quebec-skilled-worker-immigration.htmlalso it takes 2 years to wait for your interview & 2+ years for visa, for nurse less time 12+ months for interview.
