Just a quick question. Does these 8 weeks (2 months) are business days (excluding weekends and holidays) or calendar days?

Thanks.

If you checked the CIC processing times, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-card.asp  you would see that for PR cards it is presently 42 business days.

You are right PMM, but this link is for new PR card.  We are talking about the travel document from Pakistan if PR card is expired.

Its almost 60 days now that we applied for travel document from ISB and haven't received any reply yet. I sent fax, email but they don't respond. Don't know what kind of people are working there. They should at least look for urgent matters.
