Hi All,

I want to send the forms to CIO, i have completed 1 year here , now i am in a fix  -- its certain that i will be leaving canada in 15 days so i am just wondering which Visa office to choose,
If i choose buffalo they may reject it as i wont be in canada that time.

If i choose new delhi risk of processing times being higher,
Please guide me guys - what shall i do , i am confused.

Thanks,

ND seems faster than buffalo for now. If you are needed to come for an interview then you'd have to fly to buffalo and furthermore, indians are not allowed to courier their passports outside their country.

Please don't expect me to answer if your post title has urgent in it and it is not really urgent. Urgent is 911 or you have a definite deadline tomorrow, not that you would like to send in the application soon

1.  Of course you have a US visitor visa if an interview is required?  Have you figured out how you are going to get your passport to and from Buffalo if you are successful?

PMM is right....

New Delhi is advisable if you are surely going back to India in 15 days...

facts:
the fastest case reported so far on trackkit is New Delhi
The most number of cases in Medicals Requested and Passport Requested are from New Delhi for cases logged in the new system.
