Leave US with Canadian visa to home country

Hi,

I currently live in US.
If I get my passport (and my wife) stamped with the Canadian (immigrant) visa and then leave US to go home (in Europe).
Then, in our home country my wife will get H4 (change from current F1).
Then, fly to US and after several days land in Canada, will we have any problems landing?
In other words will the fact that I left US be considered a change in status AFTER I got my passports stamped with Canadian visa (immigration)?
Or it doesn't matter and I can land with no worries?
