Thankyou Sir, For your valuable advice

Previously I had submitted the folowing documents:-

1. IMM008 (09-2008)E GENERIC
2. SCHEDULE 1 BACKGROUND / DECLARATION
3. SCHEDULE 3
4. IMM 5406 (06-2002) E
5. Photo Copy Of AEO
6. Photocopy of IELTS Score Card
7. Passport Photo Copies
8. Demand Draft of 550 CAD
9. One Snap of mine

Missed to attach Letter from Employer, which results this. So now i am dispatching the same package along with employer letters.

One thing more I want to confirm that, I am working as Mechanical engineer in Automobile Industry, so my experience is under NOC 2132. And I have job offer of Mechanical repairer under NOC 7321. Will anybody predicts the chances of PR Visa, As I had listened from Many that automobile sector is under critical conditions in Canada.

At first, there is no IELTS document required to be submitted in the intial stage at the CIO.

Secondly, when they have announced the eligibility under the new rules for category one and two and three, they haven't given any priority for one of them more than the others. they give all of the three categories the same priority because they have already figured out them upon canada market needs.

You might see some people who say ( NOC job title number.... is better than others because my application has been processed within 4 or 5 or 6 months and others are still in process. the reason is not because of the certain NOC, there are many factors affect the processing time such as; the completeness of the application with all of the required documents, the genuine supporting documents that can eliminate the possibility of an interview, the ease of verifying the documents by the visa office, the number of applications sent to a certain visa office comparing with the processing capacity of that visa office (number of immigration officers)......and so on.

Therefor, as long as you comply with the requirments exactly as stated by the visa office, you will contribute in saving the processing time at least from your side.

By the way, make sure next time that your money order is valid for use internationally not only in india and make sure also that it is in the form of,  certified cheque, bank draft,or money order and not personal or traveler cheque.

Good luck

Hi Everbody,

i had resend my application package (after receiving the same from NS on 23 july'09 as employer letter is missing) to CIO, NS on 5th Aug, which further recieved by them on 10th Aug.

As they had already did the intial check of my application, so i am expecting that to listen the good news some what more early. Will anybody please predict the average time of reply from CIO, NS in this case.

Thanks and reagards

Hi Simon123,

Letter from employer means, "job offer made by canadian employer to you on his/her company's letter head, stating all necessary terms and condition"

Thanks & Regards

You are always welcome,
Yeah, you must add it, as its manadatory to attach the same now, but previously when we dispatched my application package, it was not there in the checklist provided by CIC. Which further results all this unfortunate event.
Any ways Which country you belongs and Under which NOC code you are applying.

Best of luck to you for all the process.

I m an indian .. working in US. I dont know about NOC .. i just got a job offer from canada .. and they will process mmy PR

then, your options are -

apply for a WP, with LMO.. work for 1 year and then apply under FSW Cat 3. this way, you'll enter Canada within 2 months from now itself.

Apply for PR FSW Cat 2. this will take about 1 year to process and you can enter Canada only after that.
