Dear All,
My friend has some question about FSW1.
She applied for 1122 for July 2011 ~ June 2012 .... MI3
She got PER ... now she is having problem with her job she don't want to continue with this job and in fact she want layoff for some time coz she want to give time to her child who is only 1.5 year old please suggest her if there is any problem or is it ok.

She just have to update her VO, besides its her right to spend her life according to her plans.

Yep +1 to above posts. Her Application/Points will be calculated according to the info provided and send.
Just inform the Visa Office. Though they might call the work place etc. as is done for checks. So better resign with being on the good side of the Boss
