lawyer fees for an appeal decision

Hello, someone can tell me the cost to have a lawyer when you must go to appeal the refusal decision from the VO.

Depends on how complicated your situation is. Lawyers will ask for a retainer fee, ranges from 3500 to 5000. Per hour also varies, they start at around 350 per hour (Alberta).

rates may be different depending on their side of experiences as a legal consultant and how complicated is your case on your side.
