Looking to move to Canada and wish to know more about the whole process.   Also will my legal qualifications need some additional conversion course to enable me to work over there.
Will I need a company to sponser me?
If so, which is the best way of finding work out there?

1.  Start by checking out www.cic.gc.ca all the information and forms are there.
2.  See: http://www.flsc.ca/en/foreignLawyers/foreignLawyers.asp  for the hoops that you will have to jump through.
3.  No you don't need a company to sponsor you, unless you wish to come to Canada on a work permit rather than as an an Immigrant.
