I'm not sure but I think the increase of the processing time was a system or computer error, they (CIC & Canadavisa.com) usually notify when an important change take place, if they're planning to change the processing times they will put it on news release or something and there is anything at all anywhere about this change, on the other hand, I don't remember exactly when but they just decreased the processing times about a year or less ago, I don't think they will increase the times again after that big improvement, so people......let's just keep hoping and not lose faith!!!
