Wow! I also check that site, from time to time.
So, Beijing (my office) was 18 months, now 20.
Moscow (a lot of my friends are processed there) was 20, became 31!!! it is 1.55 times more!

Even 27 months is not reliable, cause they will change it to 30 months in the future, then 33 months ..............and keep repeating.

GOD know what is behind this processing time.

Submission of documents to Nova Scotia

Transferred to London Office
Second AOR
Submission of complete documents
Starting from In Process with the date of processing.

They even don't reply if asked for such questions......

Dear All Members,

the new processing times is for previous period from 1st,Jully 2010 to 30th,June 2011. and all of us(pre June 2010) has aleady passed one year or more , so the remaining waiting time should be 15 months only. this 15 monts including medical request, interviews, additional documens..etc

in my opinion the next year will be more active for us.

best wishes to all of you friends

The encouraging thing for New Delhi applicants is that their period of 16 months is the same as that of Manila. Within last 1 month Manila has issued MR to 3-4 pre-june cases. This means that New Delhi applicants will soon start receiving MR. Right? I think so.

May be medicals.
They have very clearly mentioned that 80% of the applicants PROCESSED FROM THE MONTH JULY,2011 TO OCTOBER 2011,WERE PROCESSED IN 27 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF RECIPT OF THE COMPLETE APPLICATION PCKAGE TO VISA OFFICE.
I dont knw y the people r confusing it with some kind of LEGAL OBLIGATION ON VISA OFFICE TO PROCESS OUR APPLICATIONS IN THE SAME TIME PERIOD. THE TWO THINGS ,THEIR WORKING TIME IS VERY DISTINCTLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO i.e;12 months which was ORIGINALL PROJECTED EARLIER........................

Yes my friend i agree with you. They are just playing a game. They want you to be tired and withdraw the application. They will never be processed. This is only my opinion. They had even advised many applicants , that if they want to withdraw they will be refunded. That is a polite way of saying they will not process. They are afraid of nobody and can do whatever they like.

Well i  am moving forward, Canada or no Canada life will still go on. I was very anxious and it has died down, after piking up a new job. I do not think i will abandon my job  to go and start up from zero.

I will only pick it up for my kid and that is it.
