Dear all,

Please click on the following link to consult latest quarterly released data by CIC.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/statistics/data-release/2010-Q3/index.asp

Likelyhood to 2010, it is very obvious that first half of 2011 is important for pre-February 2008 applications and second half of 2011 is important for post-February 2008 applications. The impact of post June 26, 2010 applications will be very little.

Dear all,

The latest CIC's quraterly release data proves that there was no quota during last quarter of 2010 for economic immigrants because the total economic immigrant quota were filled in by September 2010. So, instead of medical issuances CHC London had spent last quarter of 2010 on security checks on applications whose supporting documents were submitted during late 2009 or early 2010.

As mentioned in my previous threads, I am saying again that SAP July/August 2007 applications are under security checks before medical instructions while SAP Ottawa September/October 2007 applications after medical instructions so that both batches will get ready for visa issuance in about 42-45 months of total processing times.

The first quarter of 2011 is very very important for SAP July-October 2007 applicants.

There may be instructions for medicals+RPRF+PHEP altogeher for SAP July/August 2007 applicants in near future or PHEP a month later the date by which DMP submitted the medical reports to Regional Medical Services London.

Dear all,

With the reference of my previous thread,

''I also assume from the current pattern that CHC London will spend first half of 2011 on pre-February 2008 applications and the last half on post-February 2008 application as they did in the year of 2010. Moreover; the CHC London will be finalising applications of those who got update request during 2009 or early 2010 -Ottawa Applicants during the year of 2011. The SAP CHC London aplicants from November 2007 to February 2008 might get update request from March 2011 onwards and will be finalised during first half of 2012.''

I also believe that CHCs will try to finish backlog of post February 2008 applications (total of about 130,000) along with about 100,000 pre-February 2008 applications by April 2012.

As per my info, 80% or more of July/Aug 2007 have received their PPRs or have done their meds., it's only few cases who haven't done their meds yet. Let's see what happens? Your info seems OK so far...... One of the Ottawa applicant received reply from Ottawa that they are expected to start issuing visas from Jan 2011 but lets see how the events turned out.

Hi Nectar,

I am a June 2007 applicant of London office with an AOR of July 2007 .I have done my medicals in first week of Oct 2010 ,send RPRF and alongwith other additional docs.In first week of Dec I received an additional medical test for myself(Re-x ray) for myself ,got it done and was received by CHC on 15th of December.

The initial processing time given to me by CHC London was 42-48 months. Now 42 months are over ,what do you think when should I expect PPR from them.
And is this the right time to send an email enquiry to CHC?

Thanks n regards

Dear People,,

I think you are not far from the end...I mean you will recieve the PPR very shortly. I am saying this because I am in the same boat but the difference is that I have yet received the medical.
wish you all the best and luck and for Nectar too for the valuable information he always provides.

Dear people,

What additional documents were requested by CHC London?

As per your application timeline and last stage working pattern of CHC London on your application it is confirmed that your application is on priority and your application will get finalised by 44th month of your initial application provided that your application is on 'Immigration Programme Manager's desk and CHC has completed all the checks on your application.

If you won't receive a correspondence by February 2011 please send a case specific enquiry to CHC London.

Thanks very much Nectar for the info
.
The additional docs requested were Proof of relative in Canada  docs(although I had submitted them before) and PCC from KSA(I hope u must be knowing that PCC from KSA ia asked only with medicals and not with initial set of docs.)alongwith RPRF and medical request.
