After remaining 3 months in in processing,I have applied for CAIPS yesterday through my relative in Canada. If anybody can tell how many days they are taking these days to send it.

 Hi: After almost 5 months, I got ditto copy of GCMS the one I got last time in April, 2012. No difference. Status of All Assessments Are "NOT STARTED". I am wondering the pririorty of the Visa offices, how come the people (MI2) applied after got In Process before the people (MI2) applied earlier???  Kan

A39-A41: Inadmissibilities – A36, A38, A39, A40, A41, A42, Designated authority - Form an opinion that a permanent resident or a foreign national is inadmissible on grounds other than sections 34, 35, or 37 of the Act; may prepare an inadmissibility report. |
