Latest CAIPS / GCMS notes forms and how to order?

    Today I received CAIPS notes which states like this
IMM 1017 REQUESTED :15/11/2011
PS DECISION :09/03/2012 RJT
SELECTIOB DECISION :09/05/2012 DRS.
VIEW MEDICAL ASSESMENT FOR ENTIRE FAMILY(Y/N):Y
Any body pls commenst positive or negative?

Hello,

Try reading the GCMS as a regular information letter.

The CAIPS codes do not apply to GCMS notes.

GCMS is different from CAIPS. I tell you what to do. First check on page 2, assessments like eligibility, criminality, medical, security etc if they are blank, passed, not started etc  then under assessments check application assignment due date (this is your BFD). Then in the end check the notes of visa officer from 1 to last at the end of notes. They will give you an idea what has been going on with your application. Thanks

They definitely are positive. Your paper screening was passed on 15/11/2011 and selection was passed on 9/5/12. Please share more details. Don't you have any thing like this PSDEC or SELDEC etc. I think being an old applicant this may be different for you. Can you see any notes / comments of visa officer any where about your file. Thanks

GCMS is different from CAIPS. I tell you what to do. First check on page 2, assessments like eligibility, criminality, medical, security etc if they are blank, passed, not started etc  then under assessments check application assignment due date (this is your BFD). In page 3, there is Client Details under which, all i can find is my personal details but one thing which is confusing is, 'Counterfoil Reqd: Yes'. What does this mean? Similarly, in pg. 4, there is HIRV (What does it mean?). Under it, CRIMINALITY: PASSED, MEDICAL:NOT STARTED, MISREPRESENTATION: (blank), Min Relief: Security, Min Relief: HIRV, Min Relief: Org Crime, Marital Status: Married etc. included (what do they signify?), NOTES1 Created: 2012-06-06 TEXT: FOLLOWING EMAIL RECD. FM APP FWDD TO EN/ZB IN MPR (Plz, kindly explain these acronyms) ====The email i had sent in the past written in response to the demand of the documents (my family status configuration)  which i had already submitted at the VO  once earlier has been included as it is). NOTES2 Created: 2012-05-25 Text:*****Fax received from PA in response to the request letter we sent on 9th March for her spouse's docs.Since the spouse is already a PR of Canada, she wants to know if these documents are really required.***** Letter sent to MPR for Officer's review. Friends my question is this why my name is written in family member's list name.
and does this means that still my criminality checks are pending? yaar 5 months gone still not done...quite confused, as till date i have not crossed the boarders of my motherland and i am really all very much clear with my criminal records(yaar aaj tak ek makhi tak te mari nahi, banda ke marna.... }
under criminality check how long they can take for a person like me.

So please clear my this confusion.

hi there can you answer my few question so that i can conclude something,
1. have they written somewhere that they will request updated PCC when medicals will be asked for?as in my caips it is clearly mentioned that CRIM PENDING UPDATED PCCs so it means that when i will hand over undated pcc to them then my crim will posses 1 before it
2. You have any travel history or not?
