What about you cocknbull when is ur bfd ? I really feel mi2 will have to wait at least like end of 2012 than maybe we can expect mr....CHC last enqurey reply was on 28-may-12' they replied that my file is in process , but my Ecas shows rbvo? Am confused what happening!!!!

and i have applied for caips on 5/7, my question is, will there be a mentioning of wait letter in my caips notes and what should i expect in my caips not as i am already in process from 24/5 and ordered caips on 5/7, thanks.

If the due date for Meds was last year, could you find that the forms where send to you at any date? In my GCMS notes I did not find any BFD dates either. I would write to the VO a few lines about the Meds. Keep your hopes high  |

Hi! The due date they put for medicals or security / criminality is just an approximate date they put for each applicant and is one year after you have filed your application so no issues with that. Why no BFD because they are awaiting clearance from ECU in your case and it can happen any time sooner or later. I told you before your case is all right and you need not to worry just wait a bit more and keep your fingers crossed....Thanks |

Hi! Yes your CAIPS will have this entry of C-50 letter and your CAIPS will be no different than any other 6-12 month wait letter applicant like PSDEC 1 and SELDEC 4 and next BFD of March 2013. Thanks |

Friends my question is this why my name is written in family member's list name.
and does this means that still my criminality checks are pending? yaar 5 months gone still not done...quite confused, as till date i have not crossed the boarders of my motherland and i am really all very much clear with my criminal records(yaar aaj tak ek makhi tak te mari nahi, banda ke marna.... }
under criminality check how long they can take for a person like me.
So please clear my this confusion.

Your name is written in family member's list name because you are the only member who had applied for immigration and you don't have husband or kids to include in your application. Are you not  . Medicals, criminality, security not started for you yet. There is nothing to worry about as your case is normal like any other pre june NDVO applicant. Main thing is your paper screening and eligibility is passed. just wait for some time and you will get medicals after clearance from ECU. Thanks |
