I am going to order my GCMS notes soon.

I have one confusion that you have to provide almost all details which enable someone to check your ECAS status and even one can remove your ability to check ECAS.

What do you say ?

Which website or service you recommend to go for Except Kaneman Sir?
will they accept Citibank Debit Visa Card from Pakistan?

Dear to be honest this is hard one. Well you can see hundreds and thousands of people have been ordering GCMS / CAIPS through websites and nobody never complained and tell me why some body would remove ability to check ecas status ? Whats the benefit for some one?

From Pakistan you can only use this website www.caipsnotes.com to use your credit card and they will charge you $40

because they accept Pakistani credit card through google checkout

First open an account on google checkout. Pakistani credit cards can definitely be used on google check out but I am not sure of debit card if it works on google check out. You can try that if it works?

Check my above post. If everything fails you can get a UBL wiz card from any ubl online branch. It is called UBL wiz internet card or teen internet visa. This card can be used on google check out. You need copy of ID card and job letter to get this card. You can put any amount on it and use. Initial amount is minimum 500 RS. Card takes 2 days to activate. Thanks

Hi!

1) You will only need one IMM5563E form to be filled for whole family. In that put your details in first row if you are principal applicant like ( family name, given name, date of birth and tick consent included). In 2nd,3rd,4th row put details of all your dependents like your wife and children and put their details like their family name, given name, dob. Tick the box consent included for your wife as she is over 18 and her consent is also included but do not tick the box consent included for your children because they are under 18 years of age and their consent is not needed.

2) You will need two IMM5475 forms, one from you and other from your wife because she is also included in your application. Your wife will sign the bottom of your consent form where it says signature of spouse and you will sign the bottom of her consent form where it says signature of spouse. But as your children are under 18 so their consent is not required.

About 2..............in the bottom of the form, there are two spaces for signature, one for PA and other for Spouse. Why do we need two separate forms and ....?

Thats great...You are done. Make 2 copies. Keep one for yourself and fill other and then scan with your application.

Date of birth . my DOB
Client ID. UCI number.: my Client ID (I have no UCI number)
Post code. my friend's post code
Area code and telephonoe no. my friend's

first BFD. Date when your file was reviewd for the first time , the date when you went in process
2nd BFd. file reviewd 2nd time..
3rd BFD. will be reviewd 3rd time...
paper screening....list and comments about your documents on file if they seem ok ..
eligibility...if you are eligible like noc matching to duties and points allocation if you score 67
criminality..if police clearance you obtained is verified and checked
security...if you are not security threat to canada...this is lengthy process.

Because any one who is over 18 and included in application needs his / her separate consent. As your wife is over 18 and included in your application she will need her own IMM5475. In your IMM5475 your wife will sign as your spouse and in her IMM5475 you will sign as her spouse. Make sure relative/friend's details should be same in both forms.

I advised the same in your PM too.

Any children who are under 18 won't need to fill IMM5475.
