Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter in order to inform you that I did not get the appropriate score for IELTS exam which it was on 25th of September.
I hope to give me the last opportunity to improve my score and extending processing time till 18th of December. So, I can reach to 67 points.
I am so sorry for that issue but the result was a shock for me and it is unexpected. I know this excuse is unacceptable and irrational but your help in this issue will be appreciate.
Please I need this opportunity. My family and I love Canada and we like to spend the remaining days of our lives there.

Thanks for your time and consideration.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Sir,

I took the Ielts test on 25th september but unfortunately result did not come out what I expected. This is due to the fact that I was unable to prepare well because of my hectic and tiring job schedule. But I assure you if you give me one last chance I will prove to you I am competent in English. I have registered for the next coming test date and I need a deadline from you till 18th december. I know the excuse seems unacceptable but I humbly request you to consider it as it has been my heartiest desire to settle in one of the greatest country in the world "Canada"

Your cooperation in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Hoping to hear from you soon and thanking you in anticipation.

Kind regards

....

Could you please display your IELTS bands as I have noticed plenty of grammatical and syntax error in your letter. It is strongly advised please take a sincere preparation prior to re-appearing for the exam. I am not disappointing you, just advising you the best option.

Do not mention that you and your family like Canada. This is irrelevant information.

Good luck.
