LAST DOC CAN'T SUBMIT ON TIME

Dear Seniors,
Im done with my medicals and I have already submitted one PCC as additional doc (requested together with the medical), however I can not submit on time to VO London the additional PCC from another country, I have done everything that I could for the last three months still with no avail. I have one week left.. that's the only one thing to complete my application...If I cant submit the last PCC on time, would this cause REJECTION?
I greatly appreciate your inputs..

Send CIC a letter and explain to them the reason why you cannot submit the required document within the deadline. I did that for my husband's Saudi PCC and requested for waiver. My waiver request was granted.
