Hi

You need to submit your full docs on time, try to get an earlier date for IELTS but if you cant then send the docs as it is and once you get the result of new IELTS send that ASAP because if you send it with 66 points and dont send any new result which give you more points then application will be rejected.
You are in difficult situation as your 120 days will end before you get the result so i think better to submit as it is and then send the updated IELTS result.

See what others advise you.

Thanks

In my case I also did the same. There is a rule, if an applicant want to add something in his/her file before the VO began processing it, the Visa office must not ignore it. You can find the rule in the OP6 document.

I have got the Med request. Wish you all the best.
