Hi, It would be your blunder mistake, if you re-apply for the same intake on a same LOA. You have refusal for 3 times, it's a time to do introspection but not to rush to VFS office. Wait for the next intake, do some introspection, change your course (possibly on a higher level) and apply again. |

Hi,

Hi, 1. Google Vfs Canada India. 2. On the web homepage, click on 'Download Application/Form' (Pdf files). 3. Read 'SPP or General Visa Checklist' Pdf file. |

You can apply as it's not a deadline but a strongly recommended date. It's clearly written there in bold letters. I quote It is strongly recommended that you submit your application by 01 December for January entry and by 01 August for September entry. |
