Can I apply for skilled worker without sending my language proficiency proof for now then sending it later cause I'll take the IELTS exam in march 2011 ?

The most recent rules say that you must provide all documents along with your application.  They got tired of people who applied and then couldn't cough up their documents before the deadline.
