I would like to ask when you supposedly pay your landling fee? As per my partner, he didn't paid the landling fee yet?

Is this affect your visa approval once you didn't pay your landling fee yet?

1.  CHC won't issue the COPR until they RPRF is paid.  So you will get a letter to pay it from the CHC processing your application when they are ready to request the passport for visa issuance.

they already asked my passport last march 2009 and until now I'm waiting for the approval of my visa. So you mean I have to pay the Landing Fee prior to the issuance of my visa?

Yes, the landing fee has to be paid before they issue a visa. They will ask that you pay it probably when they're close to ready to issue it.
