I will be landing this week and am putting together the List of goods and List of goods to follow. From my understanding I have to make a B4 for the items I am bringing(a suitcase of clothes, personal care, cosmetics) and another list of goods to follow B4 for all the items I am bringing this summer when I make my move. I will be bringing a bunch of wedding gifts, I realize they are exempt but do I still need to list them or?

Hi,

If you have  only one or two suit case full of personal items including clothing, cosmetics etc, you don't need to make list of items. For the stuff you are going to bring later should be listed in B4 form and need to get it stamped while crossing the boarder to get the duty exempted when it arrives. You can just tell the officer that you have only some clothing, toiletries and cosmetics with you

Yes, you still need to list them and probably should make a section on your B4 list titled wedding gifts since they will likely be new unused items.
