Hi All
I came to USA on F1 visa in 2005.( my Visa stamp will expire on dec 2009).
I got my H1B oct 2008.
I recenly got my canada PR, I have to Land for getting PR card.
So my Question is
I am on h1( got h1b on oct 2008) I didnt go for stamping so far. If I go to canada do i need to come back with stamp or not?
Recently heard about AVR( automatic visa revalidation), but don't know much. If any one could throw some light on this then it would be really helpful.
