Do i need to take a picture of my wedding ring and simple gold necklace that i wear everyday and list them on B4 form? No other jewellery accompanying or to follow.

NO need Ryffa, If you have a large quantity of jewelry than  normal say few rings, ear rings, a pair of neck lace, few bangles, you can just bring it. If the officer ask you ( I am sure they won't) you can tell that you have some jewelry for daily use.
