landing into canada by car(from US), quebec immigrant

Hello All,
I am a Quebec accepted immigrant, landing at the end of May. I am currently in Seattle,US. As a Quebec accepted, I guess my first landing has to be in Quebec. Problem is I have a car that i want to bring along, otherwise i can fly directly to Montreal.
Is there any canadian port that process Quebec immigrants. Or are there any other options?

I believe you can land at any border crossing but would be expected to then make your way to Quebec.

I hope you are aware that the car has to meet Canadian requirements and may need to have adjustments made to it to do so.  This could add additional time and costs to your plans.
