Hello folks. I received my Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR) yesterday after a wait of about 21 months. I am currently in the US on a H1-B and am on an extension i.e., visa has expire but I have a new I-94 valid until 2012. I am required to complete my landing before April 5th of 2011, so folks be aware that you do not necessarily get a visa valid for 1 year from the completion of medicals. I am a bit nervous about using the AVR for landing. Would anyone who has used an AVR and completed landing share their experience? I am also trying to determine if it is better to cross the border by road or by air. Any recent details that you can share is much appreciated.

Anyone with an answer please?
