Landing in Canada for first time

My application to permanent residence is approved and I'm planning to land in canada for a couple of days to complete the paperwork and then I would return back to US. Please advise on following:
1. As I understand, I will be able to fill application for PR card at the airport itself and the card will be mailed to my local Canada address in a month.
2. I will have to goto a Canada HR center and fill an application for SIN card. What documents will I have to provide for this ? I noticed they mentioned having "PR Card" as the required doc. However, I won't have PR card right away(when I land in Canada). So, how do people apply for SIN ?
3. Can I apply for Medical right away(if I land in Toronto) OR do I need to stay in Canada for 90 days ? What documents are needed for that.
Please advise if anyone has gone through this process.

In Ontario you have to wait for 3 months. I think in Alberta there is no waiting period.

You can apply for medical right away, but you may not be covered until after the waiting period has been expired.
