do we need to mention the Artificial Jewelry in b4 forms or Pics , i have nothing in Goods to follow and also not have any addition stuff so should i need to fill B4A. what is the BOF?

1. No, unless the Imitation pieces r pretty pricey [eg. Swaroski, Bvalgari etc.] 2. U don't require the B4 - if u haven't anything to bring-in. 3. I'm not aware of BOF. Qorax |

Guys, a quick question... please help
I landed a month ago but could not get my PR card since the immigration officer refused to sent it to my friend's mailing address. Instead she gave the address notification form so that when I decide to move to Canada permanently I can use it. BUT I read somewhere saying it is not mandatory that you have to be in Canada to get the card and if you dont get it within 3 months from the landing day, you have to pay for the card application.
I still have a commitment w/my job for a few more months in US and can not make it to Canada before that. I tried to notify my friend's address online but until now (>3 weeeks), nothing changes, even my address on my ECAS. Any comments or suggestions on this.
