landing in calgary driving licence

         i need help from our fellow members we r planning to land in calgary in july inshallah,, our flight is cathay pacific which flies till vancover from there we have conection so i want to know our immigration process will be done in calgary or vancover as address we have is of calgary,,

other thing is driving licence one of my friend told me that if i bring international driving lic with me i can immediatly start driving for 3 months is it true???

I am also interested in this info. I plan to land in Calgary in Sept. 2011. I like to have as much info on Calgary as possible. If anybody has landed in Calgary, please share you experience.
Is it possible to get a rented apartment prior to landing? I don't have any friend or relative in Calgary.

Here are some answers :

1. Since ur port of entry will be Vancouver, the immigration process will take there
U can provide calgary address, there is nothing wrong about it.

2. For Drivers License info
