Country of Origin = The manufacturing/sourcing nation
Country of Export = USA, in your case

Thanks Qorax.  I already sealed my boxes and did not pay attention to the country of origin.  However, most products here in the US are made in China.  So what should I do if the products I'm bringing and my goods to follow are combination of products orignally manufactured from different countries/nation???  I don't think it is wise to prepare separate B4's to group things together???

please advise. thank you

Play safe, write 2-3 nation's names there... eg. US, India, China [whatever combination u deem fit].
