"Landing" from Calgary

Hellow all,
Would any of you know the best way to land from Calgary? I have heard that you can go to Montana and land but my problem is that I do not drive and there are no buses going there, straight from Calgary. Also, once I am there, what will happen? Any troubles while crossing the border?? Thanks all in advance.
