Hi all
Can you please provide the link to download the following forms, as I have useless representative.
1. COPR (IMM5292B)
2. PR Card application (IMM 5444E)
3. Goods to follow and accompanying (B4/B4A)
4. SIN card (NAS 2120)
Any guidelines to fill the form would also be helpful.

Hi,

Why do you need to download items 1,2 and 4

You may download B4 forms at this link:

http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/publications/forms-formulaires/b4-eng.pdf

You will get the COPR from the visa office.
You don't need to submit a PR Card application as the process for PR will be automatic after your landing.
You have to go personally at any Service Canada office after landing where you will be given the application form and a pen to fill it up.

Cheers.

To save time in the Service Canada office, the form for a SIN card can be downloaded from the Service Canada web site.
