PND,

Thanks. Regarding your question about Form 5445, no, I was not asked for this form. The only documents I supplied to the Immigration Officer were the COPR, Passport & Canadian address (for the PR Cards to be mailed).

To the best of my knowledge, people who are landing for the first time, don't need to submit anything else at the Immigration desk - as all our details are already on line. The Immigration Officer completes the entire process on his/her PC.

Were the COPR, Passport the only documents you submitted. Can you please tell if we are required to submit B4 forms for goods that accompany us. How detailed it should be? Also, how many copies of jewellery photographs did u submit.

thanks in advance.
