Hi All,
We landed in Canada in Aug 2008 and recieved our PR document and healthcare card. At that point of time we still had to wrap up our belongings and job etc. from US. So came back to US and were not able to go back after that. So now we want to go back to canada. What options do we have.

Please advise.
Thank You

A PR is allowed to stay outside Canada for up to 1095 days (3 years) in the first 5 years as a PR and any rolling 5 year period after that so if you return to Canada before August 2011 and make sure you spend at least 730 days in Canada (2 years) before the 5 year anniversary of your landing date, you are ok.
