You can but there is no need to.  If you were honest in the first place and applied for a PNP in a province where you intended to settle and you go and land in this province and try to find a job there but can't, nobody will hold it against you if you leave.  Under Canada's charter of rights and freedoms, a PR has the right to live and work anywhere in Canada.

There are people here who are willing to do anything. Some are applying for backup while GC is in process. They want to be dishonest to Alberta and use it for immigration to Canada. Very soon Canada will turn in to Hyderabad full of software piracy and fake IT professional

You could get a real street address anywhere in canada from UPS. In addition, they provide mail forwarding to anywhere.
