I am planning to land and get back to home country after 15 days in Canada. Since I can't get my PR card with in 15 days, what do you suggest me ? Should my relative in Canada send me through courier so that I can re-enter to Canada ?

Yes u can. Only hitch is if anything goes wrong with your pics for PR, u may face delays and re-arrangements for travelling to Canada to resolve the matter. Though there is a procedure of PRTD in such cases but time and cost.
