LANDED; Few queries

Landed in vancouver on oct 30th. Got my SIN no. the next day.

A few qs;

1. After you land , shouldn't the ecas system show " landed and became PR" .  
But I cannot access the ecas at all. My immigration app. no., UCI no., DOC. no. , none seem to work.

Any views on this please?

2.The CIC website says 32 days as current time for PR cards to arrive.  Is it 32 or longer  in reality?

Hi,

As you are a landed immigrant the ECAS is not a concern any more. Now you have to depend on the CIC Call Center for any information, if necessary.

I saw few posting in this forum pages saying that the PR Cards did not reach them even after 60 days or more.
