Landed and arrived back-Minnesota......Qorax advice requried and seniors/others

Hi All
I went to toronto for 2 weeks made our landing and came back to saudi arabia. We first had our account open in TD bank-Canada Trust, applied for SIN, applied for credit card for future loan for house/morgage, went to Driving center to exchange USA-Minnesota driving with ontario G-type driving license.
Overall journey was pleasant.
I have few Questions to ask:
1- As my intention is to stay outside for max. 3 yrs/5yrs without any further entry back to canada. Can I do it or has to inform immigration for such intention or it is required to once visit canada every year for another 3 yrs before final arrival to complete 2+1 yrs for citizenship???
2- Though It will take 4-6 weeks to receive PR card on the address I mentioned at POE??? can I change mailing address again by calling CIC or it is too late or not advisable or it will delay further process??
Thanks
Minnesota

1) You don't need to inform immigration your intention, but you need to maintain your residency obligation as PR
2) Yes, you can change the mailing address by calling CIC
3) The more residential ties (such as opening bank account, credit card, home in Canada, provincial driver licece), you would be subject as a taxpayer to pay tax on your world-wide income.
