Hi.I am planning to mail my application to sponsor my parents at the end of this month. I have all the required docs from Immigration including my epmployment letter i reuqest it from my boss 2weeks ago .The thing is that i just got laid off can i stil use that employer letter,Im looking for a job i actually have a interview tomorrow for a new job .I want to send the Applictn ASAP any thought on this?Thank you

 Cheesy According to me you can go ahead with the existing employment letter if you meet the required LICO.
Hopefully when the CPC officials make an enquiry with your previous employer, you might have secured another job.
When you get re-employed else where, please give the contact number and the name of your employer to CPC as well as your previous employer so that proper information will be available about you.

If you have no job and therefore no income, then I cant see how you can meet the LICO requirement.
Stating that you have a job, when you do not, would IMO be misrepresentation.

Hi this crazy but the previus boss just called mewhat a releif going through job searching Thanks anyway
