joshi,

sorry for your situation.

anyway, as far as ainp is concerned - you submitted your application before they put the new rule in place. so you are fine with them. this h1 transfer will help you to stay in the us to receive the ainp nomination and file the cic papers. and don't be too worried about your h1 transfer - uscis is not the most efficient gov office. they'll take their sweet time to get to your file. Smiley

it is a choice you have to make - to inform alberta or not. i would definitely inform them of the address change - you should be getting your nomination soon. however, the onus lies on you to inform them about any changes. as a general rule, you are supposed to always tell the truth to any immigration agency.
