Hi I am recently applying for my spouse's sponsership and I am here in Canada for 2 months. My husband resides in Pakistan, but he worked in dubai 2 years ago for 8 months. However, I am applying right now, and I lack the police clearance from dubai. How do I convey the ministry that I want to send the police clearance when I can obtain it? Or is it ok to not state that he worked in dubai for 8 months??  Thanks I need help, please respond.

Hi, pls dont hide any info from the CHC. Later by any mean if they come to know, the end result will be REJECTION OF APPLICATION.

Better not to hurry, and pls obtain the POLICE CLEARANCE certificate by below way.

Hi Aikhanam and SATDXB,

i just want to know if online application is possible to obtain the Police Certificate from Dubai? how can i submit the fingerprints? Can you pls help me... i dont know how to start, and how many weeks is the process?

If the file is processing in Islamabad then after 1 year you might have to get PCC again from Dubai police b/c when the initial review is done on files in Islamabad (1 year after File Transfer) then the CHC asks for re-PCC to be submitted...but in ur case they wont sry...b/c ur husband was in Dubai for only 8 months in the past and not continuously living there...hence 1 PCC is enough...medical also expires...it has to be redone...and some IMM forms have to be refiled...good luck with the case
