LMO - 4-6 weeks (sometimes longer), if employer submitted all requirements.
So if you don't have work experience, educational background, necessary qualifications for the job, then why are you getting hired? Is your TRV a worker? Visitor? Student?

Economy is picking up and employers can't find workers again.  More applications.  Ontario still seems to be around 6 to 7 weeks.

yes, i am on TR visa. Work does not allow me.
As, why are you getting hired? Brother, this sort of job does not need experience, becuase ,it is labour job and helper.
While, i have six months plumbing and welding courses certificate from Y.M.C.A karachi. I am post graduate in political
science from K.U . I have appeared in Ielts and Delf A2 .
So, what do you think my LMO will approve and will i obtain work permit.

So you are a visitor? Initial WP, should you be granted a LMO should be made outside Canada.

what about my experiene for that job? They will not require for labour job.

If you are in Canada as a visitor, your initial work permit (first), should be applied for at a consulate/visa office outside Canada. If the job/position is not skilled and a Canadian citizen or permanent resident can fill up the position then I doubt that a positive LMO will be granted in your favour. But hey, hope springs eternal. Hopefully your prospective employer was able to justify why s/he is hiring a foreign worker and not a Canadian citizen or PR.
