I had to go back to the Embassy 3 times. Only on the 3rd time was I given the PPR. It was not easy. I was given all sorts of excuses but finally made it.

Remember what we told you. If it takes too long after medical, see them. Don't wait. Be persistent as well. Don't bother sending emails, they don't reply.

Hi,

I would also be the June applicant - appln recd by CIO on June 4th, 2010 - Got my visa on 25th oct, 2011 (despite 2.5 months delay in payment issue with CIO and another 3 months delay in repeated medical tests) without all these, I can say the process took about 1 year only.
