Korean translation standards, Help! Urgent!

I'm sitting in Korea and trying to get some Korean documents translated for our PR application. The Korean standard for certified translations seems to be different from the Canadian one. Does anyone know if a regular Korean 번역공증 is the same thing as a certified translation and will it be accepted by CIC? Apparently there will be no affidavit from the translator that is mentioned in the 'Translation of documents' section in the guide.

Anyone who knows please help! I need to get this started today!
